Your tasks:
- Holistic care: You take on the care and support of our clients, considering their individual needs and life situations with great empathy.
- Competent case management: You support our clients and their relatives as a knowledgeable case manager and provide professional assistance.
- Daily responsibility & quality: You independently implement the care process and actively contribute with your expertise to securing and further developing our care quality.
- Teamwork on equal footing: You work closely with the team management and other professionals and actively contribute your ideas.
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- You approach clients with respect and understanding and enjoy specific problem-solving
- You like to work independently, responsibly and enrich the team with your flexibility and team spirit
- You hold a valid category B driving licence
