Your new tasks
- Coordinate and conduct performance analyses as well as optimise HVAC systems during on-site inspections and via remote access
- Monitor and report on building and system performance
- Calculate and evaluate the impact of proposed measures, including on costs, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions
- Lead extensive optimisation projects
- Act as a hub and contact person for digital services in the sustainability sector in Western Switzerland
- Communicate skilfully with customers, subcontractors, property managers, and internal contacts
Your talents and experience
- Advanced vocational training in building or energy technology or related fields with at least a higher technical college diploma; university of applied sciences degree is an advantage
- Experience and extensive knowledge in building technology, its operation, and optimisation are advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and structurally to advise and support our customers with their technical challenges
- Committed, self-motivated, and communicative personality with a strong interest in taking on challenges
- Fluent French skills and additional German or English language skills
