Alterswohnen Glockenthal is part of Alterswohnen STS AG and employs around 85 staff at the Steffisburg location. We offer 48 nursing home places as well as 39 assisted living places at two external locations. Our residents' well-being is always at the centre of our actions.
Due to illness-related absence and unpaid leave, we are looking for a motivated nursing specialist for the months of September to December 2026 for the Glockenthal nursing home.
Your daily routine looks like this
- You take on shifts during the day and especially the late shift
- You will be professionally supported in your actions by the team leader and the specialist responsible for care.
- In CareCoach, you continuously document the care process to ensure good traceability.
How you impress us
- You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) and already have professional experience in long-term care.
- You are an empathetic, helpful and committed personality, accustomed to responsible, independent as well as team-oriented work.
- You meet the residents at eye level and maintain a respectful and appreciative manner.
