Polymechanic 5 - Axis 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for an experienced polymechanic for 5-axis milling machining. In this position, you are responsible for setting up, programming, and operating 5-axis machining centres. You supervise and train the operating personnel, optimise series production, and work on prototypes as well as small and medium series. Your tasks also include inspecting the workpieces, documenting inspection results, and cleaning, maintaining, and servicing the machines.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic with several years of professional experience

• Proven experience in 5-axis milling machining

• Good programming skills in ISO and experience with CAD/CAM

• Confident handling of testing and measuring equipment up to digital coordinate measuring systems

• High quality and responsibility awareness

• An eye for detail and enjoyment in working on small parts

• Structured and solution-oriented approach to technical problems

• Team spirit and the desire to develop yourself and your colleagues further
