The Stiftung Wohnen im Alter, based in Hinwil, offers space for 90 people in need of care and elderly individuals. In four departments, spread over two houses, as well as 29 senior apartments partly with services, we engage ourselves daily with one goal: that the residents feel at home and secure.
For our nursing home in Hinwil, we are looking for committed and ambitious people for the care pool by arrangement as
Certified Nurse HF, Health Specialist or SRK Nursing Assistant
who gladly take responsibility and want to actively participate.
Your Field of Activity
- Assumption of basic and treatment care as well as care of residents according to their will and biographies
- Support of trainees in everyday nursing
- Design and implementation of the nursing process within the framework of the key person concept
- Professional support, advice and accompaniment within the team
- Implementation of the nursing process and documentation of care using Care Coach
- Performance recording with RAI
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF
- Professional experience in long-term care and/or acute care
- Open and innovative personality with pronounced social skills
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability
- RAI and Care Coach knowledge desired
- Very good communication skills in German, both spoken and written
