Production Operator/Machine Operator 3-Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You operate and monitor modern production equipment and ensure a smooth manufacturing process. You set up the machines, commission them, and carry out regular quality checks. In case of malfunctions, you intervene quickly and independently resolve minor technical issues. Additionally, you take care of the maintenance and servicing of the equipment while adhering to hygiene regulations and document all important production data.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training, ideally as a machine and plant operator or

• Several years of experience in operating production equipment

• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity

• High quality awareness and careful and responsible working style

• Teamwork skills and reliability

• Flexibility and resilience

• Very good German language skills, spoken and written

• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system)

• Availability at short notice

• No summer holiday plans
