About the job
What is my role?
You are responsible as the direct contact person of QM for the development of the QA team
You help, shape and improve the processes together with the QA team (5 employees)
Independent and responsible quality control from first article inspection through SPC and incoming goods to final inspection
You handle supplier and customer complaints in cooperation with QM
You create all necessary QA documents such as inspection plans, series releases and EMPB
You maintain and manage the master data in the CAQ system
You monitor and calibrate measuring devices and make the adjustments
You are responsible for coordinating the measurement orders on the coordinate measuring machine
What do I need to be successful?
Ideally, you have completed a technical basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with current or completed further training in quality assurance
You can demonstrate professional experience in quality assurance and are familiar with the requirements in the medical sector as well as, advantageously, in other industries
Good IT skills (MS Office applications and ERP systems)

Knowledge of 3D metrology (Zeiss)
