Team Leader Quality Assurance QM Lean 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are responsible as the direct contact person of QM for the development of the QA team

• You help, shape and improve the processes together with the QA team (5 employees)

• Independent and responsible quality control from first article inspection through SPC and incoming goods to final inspection

• You handle supplier and customer complaints in cooperation with QM

• You create all necessary QA documents such as inspection plans, series releases and EMPB

• You maintain and manage the master data in the CAQ system

• You monitor and calibrate measuring devices and make the adjustments

• You are responsible for coordinating the measurement orders on the coordinate measuring machine

What do I need to be successful?

• Ideally, you have completed a technical basic training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with current or completed further training in quality assurance

• You can demonstrate professional experience in quality assurance and are familiar with the requirements in the medical sector as well as, advantageously, in other industries

• Good IT skills (MS Office applications and ERP systems)

• Precise, independent and proactive working style

• Independence, reliability and organisational skills complete your profile

• Knowledge of 3D metrology (Zeiss)
