• Advising young people and adults on career choice, training, and further education
• Collaboration with schools and teachers of the upper secondary schools in Appenzell and Oberegg
• Cooperation with partner institutions such as RAV/IV, Integration Office, and companies
• Participation in projects and working groups

Your Profile

• Advanced master’s degree program in career, study, and vocational counseling
• Professional experience in counseling and conducting interviews
• Enjoy working in a small team as well as with partners from school, social sector, business, and education
• Experience from business and industry is desirable
• Resilient, team-oriented personality with confident demeanor
• Committed and independent working style, high service and customer orientation, as well as flexibility
