Attached to the Corporate Functions Solutions Division, the Microsoft 365 Business Analyst will be dedicated to all Microsoft 365 Workplace & Ways of Working SaaS solutions for Vaudoise employees and will be a key player between the Product Owner (who carries the product vision) and the Solutions Manager (who ensures the "delivery").
Responsibilities:
- Identify, gather, analyze business needs (through interviews, workshops, surveys, observations, etc.) and prioritize them with the Product Owner
- Contribute to identifying solutions, necessary configurations (translate needs/evolutions into technical-functional solutions, write specifications, identify and address functional, technical, legal, data, security, process dependencies, etc.)
- Manage testing (from organization to validation by defining acceptance criteria, writing test plans, coordinating anomaly resolution, etc.)
- Support users through induced changes in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business referent, training, etc.)
- Contribute to the governance of deployed solutions/functionality
Profile:
- A higher education in computer science such as HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, etc.
- Strong technical-functional expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook, Power Platform, Copilot, etc.)
- At least five years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies in IT missions/projects, business projects with a strong technological and transformation dimension
- Developed analytical skills
- Excellent mastery of agile methodologies, ITIL processes, modeling methods (BPMN, UML, user stories)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Writing skills
- Awareness of change management, particularly the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology applied in our organization
- Perfect command of French: spoken and written, and command of English: minimum B2 level. German is a plus
