We are looking for a motivated Head of Recovery Room / Day Clinic 60% to start immediately or by arrangement

• Professional and personnel leadership of a 5-member recovery room team
• Pre- and postoperative care and monitoring of our urological patients (outpatient and inpatient)
• Ensuring smooth operational processes and development of care quality
• Leadership and promotion of the team, involvement in change processes, and individual development
• Reliable and constructive collaboration with our interdisciplinary professional groups

• A completed education as a registered nurse HF
• Experience or course in the area of recovery room, IMC or ICU (advantageous)
• Ideally leadership experience and competence in urology
• Leadership personality with a positive and warm basic attitude as well as reflective, respectful, and inclusive communication
• Solution-oriented attitude with a resilient personality and entrepreneurial thinking
• Strong service mindset, warm-hearted attention to patients is your top priority

• A well-coordinated team in a lively, family environment that finds solutions together
• High personal commitment of each individual as a basis for highly motivated and constructive collaboration in the recovery room
• Flexible working hours Monday to Friday with the possibility of occasional home office days
