Job Description

Prepare and anticipate interventions by ensuring the availability of materials, implants and devices required according to the specialties operated on
Ensure precise, smooth and safe instrumentation throughout the interventions
Actively participate in varied surgeries, with particularly rich activity in orthopaedics and neurosurgery
Strictly adhere to hygiene, sterility and patient safety protocols
Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the operating theatre organisation
Collaborate in a caring and professional team spirit with all participants

Qualifications

A diploma as a nurse instrumentalist, or TSO
Versatility for all types of specialties (orthopaedic surgery and neurosurgery an asset)
Excellent adaptability and sense of priorities
Availability, rigour and flexibility
Sense of responsibility
Good stress resistance
Oral and written French language skills
