Job Description
- Prepare and anticipate interventions by ensuring the availability of materials, implants and devices required according to the specialties operated on
- Ensure precise, smooth and safe instrumentation throughout the interventions
- Actively participate in varied surgeries, with particularly rich activity in orthopaedics and neurosurgery
- Strictly adhere to hygiene, sterility and patient safety protocols
- Contribute to the quality and efficiency of the operating theatre organisation
- Collaborate in a caring and professional team spirit with all participants
Qualifications
- A diploma as a nurse instrumentalist, or TSO
- Versatility for all types of specialties (orthopaedic surgery and neurosurgery an asset)
- Excellent adaptability and sense of priorities
- Availability, rigour and flexibility
- Sense of responsibility
- Good stress resistance
- Oral and written French language skills
