Your Tasks
- Administrative organization of the department
- Support of management regarding client representation, quality, schedule and cost management, department appointment administration, payment processing, expense accounting, time tracking
- Administrative and organizational support of department members within the framework of management processes and correspondence
- Support in controlling, ensuring and monitoring project cost control based on Messerli construction administration program and interface assurance to the internal accounting department
- System-relevant data entry tasks in the existing IT tools and management of the database including quality assurance
- Management and control of smaller construction projects as well as comprehensive processing of service requests
- General support in office management
Your Profile
- Commercial training or equivalent basic training with experience in assistant/secretarial functions
- Fluent in German, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programs, Messerli construction administration and IT affinity (regarding databases, IT software)
- Knowledge of construction management and construction process workflows
