Is this helpful?
As a project manager, you are at the center of action and serve as the interface between clients and developers. You know the wishes and requirements of your clients, understand the processes, and ensure that quality, deadlines, and budget are always in harmony. Confidently and instinctively, you set boundaries where necessary. Being a project manager means taking responsibility but also delegating. You can rely on a team that collaborates with you on equal footing.
Your daily life with us
- You plan, manage, and monitor web projects, especially in the area of e-commerce, from conception to successful implementation.
- You actively listen, translate vague ideas into concrete technical requirements, and create clear project specifications from them.
- You read and interpret technical documentation (e.g., for interfaces) to assess feasibility and support implementation.
- You advise our clients on technical possibilities and optimization potentials to develop tailored solutions.
- You coordinate our team of developers and designers.
- You ensure compliance with quality, deadlines, and budgets.
- You support us in acquiring new clients and creating offers.
What is important to us
- You have a completed degree or comparable training in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
- You have initial experience in project management, ideally in the web or IT industry with a focus on e-commerce or ERP.
- A good basic technical understanding is a given for you. You don't need to be able to program yourself, but you understand how digital solutions and interfaces fundamentally work.
- You know how to analyze customer requirements in depth and critically question them. With your pronounced understanding of processes, you can derive precise requirements that advance our projects.
You communicate confidently and eloquently in both spoken and written form, with both clients and partners. Your strong communication skills enable you to successfully master even challenging situations.
- You have organizational talent, assertiveness, enjoy working in a team, and approach your tasks in a structured manner.
