About the job

• Support the Head of Operations and Infrastructure in all organisational and administrative matters of daily business
• Participation and coordination in the Dreiklang new construction project as well as other construction and infrastructure projects
• Appointment organisation, presentation preparation and ensuring clear, target group-appropriate internal communication
• Central interface function between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth information flow
• Organisation of internal departmental events, room management of the lecture hall and administrative support for project managers

• Completed commercial basic training, ideally with further education (e.g. executive assistant)
• Several years of experience in a comparable assistant role, preferably in healthcare or a complex environment
• Strong organisational skills, independent and proactive working style as well as a high sense of responsibility
• High discretion and trustworthiness
• Very good MS Office and German skills as well as flexibility, resilience and enjoyment of a dynamic environment
