What you achieve:
- You are the contact person for your customer and canton portfolio, both by phone and in person as well as by email and postal mail
- You conduct written and oral clarifications with authorities, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices as well as with lawyers
- You independently manage your loss certificate files
- You perform payment postings, corrections, write-offs, etc. via our main system Syrius
- Together with our customers, you find a solution by phone (inbound & outbound) to repay their loss certificates

- You bring commercial training or further education and initial experience in dunning and debt enforcement
