Specialist Injection Moulding Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In your role, you are responsible for setting up the injection moulding machines including peripheral equipment, so that the production order can be executed in the required quality and without disruptions. This particularly includes the following tasks:

• Setting up injection moulding machines (Engel, Arburg, Krauss Maffai) and the associated peripherals

• Adjusting and optimising process parameters to ensure stable production

• Carrying out initial sample inspections according to test plans and drawings

• Clean and complete management of tool documentation

• Performing maintenance and cleaning work according to specifications

• Troubleshooting and initiating appropriate corrective measures

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed basic training as a plastics technologist, polymechanic, or plastics practitioner, or have professional experience as a setter of injection moulding machines. In addition, you are characterised by the following qualities and skills:

• Affinity and interest in new automation processes in production

• Careful, accurate and independent working style

• Good German language skills and communication ability

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
