You ensure that events are set up smoothly - from setup through technology to dismantling. Create unforgettable events with us behind the scenes and with flexible working hours.
These are your tasks
- Setting up event rooms for banquets, conferences, and concerts, as well as technical setup including projector, microphone, stage technology, etc.
- Responsible for the assembly and disassembly of furniture, stages, and technical infrastructure as well as their proper storage
- Ensuring order, cleanliness, and functionality of the inventory
- Complying with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Supporting event organizers and third-party service providers with questions about infrastructure and furniture
- Leading, training, and scheduling temporary staff
