The primary level Therwil includes 42 classes with around 800 students, taught by about 110 teachers.
The primary level Therwil is looking for a teacher for two 4th grade classes, 18.8 lessons, starting February 1, 2026.
The two 4th grade classes each consist of 20 children and are located at the Wilmatt site.
The advertised position covers the subjects NMG, Math, and Sports on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The lessons are distributed across 2 parallel classes. There is also the possibility to split the workload (8.2 and 10.6 lessons).
From summer 2026, there is the possibility of continued employment in a different arrangement.
You will be supported by two experienced job partners and a committed team. We value proven teaching quality, constructive teamwork, transparent communication, and good cooperation with parents.
The tasks include participating in team meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and training events for the further development of pedagogical practice, as well as contributing to school development.
You have a bachelor's degree for primary education (grades 1-6) or a teaching diploma or are in the process of obtaining one.
You value appreciative and open communication and appreciate constructive collaboration with your colleagues.
A good learning atmosphere is central to your pedagogical approach.
