You will benefit by working with a variety of experienced teams across multiple geographies, in a fast-paced environment that can help you accelerate your career path, wherever that may take you.</p><p></p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p><p></p><ul type="disc"><li>Support in the planning and implementation of consulting projects in the area of remuneration for companies from various industries under the guidance and support of the project managers in our team</li><li>Support in all tasks within the scope of individual customer projects: Project management, conducting analyses, developing recommendations for action, preparing client presentations, creating concepts</li><li>Support in the design and development of remuneration systems including function evaluations, function profiles, benchmarking, salary bands and salary regulations</li><li>Support in preparing offers for new customers or existing customers in several market segments</li><li>Assisting with the maintenance and updating of the EY salary database</li><li>Collaboration in the implementation of equal pay analyses</li><li>Reviewing documents and reports</li><li>Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships</li><li>Working collaboratively with other workforce advisory colleagues as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globally</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we look for</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></p><p></p><ul type="disc"><li>University degree in Economics / Finance combined with a good understanding of Reward topics</li><li>First experiences in corporate HR, Compensation & Benefitsand/or Consulting</li><li>Qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills as well as ability to create appropriate presentations for various stakeholders</li><li>Strong written and verbal German and English communication skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong></p><p></p><ul type="disc"><li>Experience in working on people matters such as key employee retention, compensation, and benefits programs</li><li>First experience in people consulting and topics such as conducting remuneration surveys, supporting in day-to-day management of a company’s remuneration offering, knowledge about market trends in the field of rewards and key drivers</li><li>Experience of supporting projects/workstreams</li><li>Team player mentality with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly</li><li>Ability to analyze complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions</li><li>Pragmatic and adaptable with the ability to deal with ambiguity and effectively manage conflict</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What’s in it for you</strong></p><p><strong><br/></strong>Here at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
