About the job
What you can achieve
- Competent care of our patients including brief consultations
- Conducting preliminary examinations as well as assisting with medical examinations and minor procedures including venipunctures
- Ensuring seamless service recording and careful documentation
- Proper instrument preparation and adherence to all hygiene and quality guidelines
- Responsibility for cleaning, tidiness and provision of treatment rooms and workstations
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) and professional experience in healthcare
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
- Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with SAP or comparable applications (e.g. TermDispo and/or ISMED)
- Strong service orientation, communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Team spirit and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration with various professional groups
