The Grants Office and the Innovation Office are departments of the Vice Rectorate for Research and Innovation. We support the researchers of the university in acquiring competitive funding and in transferring innovative research results to the economy and society.
As of November 1, 2025, we are looking for a successor for our Secretariat Management.
Tasks
- Independent management of the secretariat of the two departments and deputy of the second secretariat management of the Vice Rectorate
- Support for department heads and team members
- Personnel administration: changes, entries/exits, assistance in recruitment and onboarding, personnel planning
- Financial administration: recording expenses, coding invoices, checking monthly statements, budget, trend accounting
- Creating the monthly VRF newsletter in CRM Dynamics
- Maintaining websites
- Minutes taking at the monthly meetings
- Organization of and participation in events
Requirements
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Very independent, precise, and flexible working style
- Experience in finance and accounting
- Proficient in IT applications
- Service-oriented, communicative, curious
- Open to new tasks and changes
