tasks:
- You are responsible for the execution planning of projects in the field of conversions and extensions, mostly of listed buildings
- In doing so, you create construction plans for residential and commercial buildings, from design to realisation
- You also develop drafts and maintain professional contact with the clients
- The workload can, depending on preference, range between 60 and 100%
requirements
- You have a degree as an architect or architectural draughtswoman / building draughtswoman (m/f/d)
- A proficient handling of Archicad is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Professional experience in the field of listed buildings is desirable, but not a prerequisite
