Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Professional management and execution of large real estate and technology projects with high strategic importance (new buildings, renovations, introduction of new technologies, procurement projects, harmonizations)
- Management of building technology and medical technology procurement projects according to applicable procurement law under the iVöB
- Stage-appropriate communication with various stakeholders (management, architects, specialist planners, medical technicians, medical professionals)
What You Bring to This Position
- Technical basic training and studies/continuing education (preferably in the fields of building technology, building automation, electrical engineering) or equivalent, university of applied sciences (FH) or higher technical school (HF)
- Several years of experience in managing interdisciplinary construction projects according to SIA, ideally in a hospital environment, with Hermes or IPMA certification
- Willingness to work at the different locations St. Gallen, Grabs, Linth, and Wil
- Analytical-conceptual strength, independent and initiative working style as well as very good German skills
- High social competence with pronounced service attitude as well as enjoyment in dealing with people, construction, and technology
