• Ensure the execution of accounting operations in accordance with legal requirements.
• Participate in the management and monitoring of subsidiary accounts.
• Control and guarantee the accuracy of invoicing carried out via the OPERA hotel software.
• Perform daily reconciliation of accounting entries according to the USALI standard.
• Conduct financial analyses and studies at management's request.
• Carry out the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Use the necessary accounting and IT software (ABACUS, OPERA, office tools).
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure reliable and accurate accounting.

• Mastery of ABACUS and OPERA software, as well as IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
• Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Flexibility and ability to manage priorities.
• Analytical and synthesis skills and a sense of integrity.
• Ability to take initiatives and work independently.
• Training in a hotel school or commercial employee CFC.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5* hotel establishment.
