Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel, organizational, and business management of the station in close collaboration with the senior physician of station G3
- Further development of nursing and treatment concepts
- Leading responsibility in the management team (station management, main responsible trainer, and specialist responsibility)
- Promotion of good collaboration in the interprofessional team, creating a positive working atmosphere in which individual employees can develop and contribute according to their abilities
- Cooperative collaboration in the focus on geriatric psychiatry and with other areas of Psychiatry Baselland as well as with external partner organizations
Your Profile
- SRK recognized diploma in nursing HF/FH and proven experience in psychiatric nursing
- Leadership experience and preferably with corresponding further training
- Competence to continuously develop the department's offerings and processes in interprofessional collaboration, oriented towards the latest findings and guidelines
- A cooperative and solution-oriented working style, flexibility, independence, and resilience
- Open and reflective attitude
