Team Leader / CNC Milling Operator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for leading and organising a team of 5 skilled workers
• You allocate orders to the machines and ensure a smooth workflow
• Additionally, you actively participate by programming, setting up, and operating 3-axis CNC milling machines
• You also take on the optimisation of existing programmes
• You are also responsible for final inspection and documentation

Requirements

• You have completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ and would like to take the next step (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of Siemens controls is desirable but not mandatory
• Essential are programming skills, ideally with Mastercam, which can also be learned
• Do you also consider yourself a proactive and team-oriented managerial professional "with drive"?
