Your missionAs a Plant Manager, you are not just a manager - you are the engine of transformation. In a phase where agility and efficiency decide the market, you take on the operational and strategic overall responsibility for a key production site. You transform existing structures into a high-performing, modern lean organisation. Your impact? You create the perfect balance between stable delivery performance, uncompromising quality, and a modern, appreciative leadership culture at eye level.
Your responsibilitiesSite & culture leadership: Operational management of the plant as well as disciplinary leadership and targeted development of department and team leaders.
Operational excellence: Sustainable anchoring of lean management, continuous improvement (CIP), and modern shopfloor management in daily production.
Performance control: Overall responsibility for the key figures (KPIs) - safety, quality, on-time delivery (OOTD), productivity, and costs.
Process optimisation: Ensuring stable, efficient production flows as well as responsibility for the availability and maintenance of modern production equipment.
Change management: Setting clear priorities, commitment, and pace in the implementation of strategic changes.
Solid foundation: Technical basic training, ideally supplemented by highly specialised further training in production, manufacturing, or engineering (e.g. HF/FH level).
Leadership track record: Several years of proven leadership experience in an industrial production environment, characterised by a modern leadership understanding "at eye level".
Lean DNA: Strong lean mindset as well as solid practical experience in transforming production processes (CIP, shopfloor).
Business acuity: Confident handling of modern ERP systems, key figures (KPIs), production planning, and cost management.
Personality: Entrepreneurial thinking, strong implementation skills, decisiveness, and the empathy to lead teams at eye level through change processes.
Languages: Business fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
