Building Technician / Technical Concierge (a) 100%- Daily management and ensuring the proper functioning of the building: first-level technical maintenance (electricity, painting, locksmithing, carpentry, plumbing)
- Main point of contact for occupants, service providers and managers
- Regular inspections of installations
- Routine maintenance and occasional restoration of installations
- Management of secondary waste disposal
- Monitoring of the building's technical operation
- Management of green spaces and site exteriors via service providers
- Management of the Pest Control programme
- CFC operations agent, in the building sector or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in Facility Management
- Knowledge of electricity, OIBT 15 an advantage
- Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
- Proficiency in French, English an advantage
- Good use of common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage unforeseen situations and work in a demanding environment with stress resistance.
- Organisational skills and ability to plan interventions according to operational priorities.
- Ability to identify emergencies, prioritise requests and meet intervention deadlines.
