The Meiringen Private Clinic is located in the impressive landscape of the Hasli Valley, in the Bernese Oberland. Here, people with all forms of mental illness find admission, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. Nursing and care are provided according to the latest medical-psychiatric and nursing knowledge.<div><br></div><div>As a member of the "Swiss Leading Hospitals", the Meiringen Private Clinic is one of the leading private clinics in Switzerland.</div>For our staff pool, we are looking for flexible qualified nurses who are interested in working on various wards and in different shifts. The duty roster is arranged by mutual agreement.
Your tasks
<ul><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">You are primarily responsible for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker duties.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">You are committed to high-quality nursing standards in the sense of best practice.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">You actively participate in the treatment process within interprofessional collaboration.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">You take part in interdisciplinary treatment meetings.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">You contribute to improving quality and process workflows.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 15px;">You supervise and guide students/trainees in everyday nursing practice.</span></li></ul>
