Quality Manager* 80 - 100% (m,f,d)

As our new Quality Manager* and member of the management team, you report directly to the CEO and actively support us in taking our product and process quality to the next level.

Committed to sustainability, we shape electromobility with innovative drives, electric trucks, charging devices, and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team, with around 200 employees, brings sustainable commercial vehicles to the road.

Your Area of Responsibility

Implementing and monitoring processes as well as developing the quality management system (QMS: ISO 9001 plus industry-specific regulations, ISO 27001, occupational safety system: ISO 45001, and environmental management system: ISO 14001)
Leading employees in the area of product conformity and homologation (2 employees)
Introducing lean management, continuous improvement process (CIP) with identification of improvement opportunities to increase quality and efficiency of processes
Developing and implementing quality standards and guidelines as well as training employees
Conducting internal audits
Analyzing data and performance indicators (KPIs) at product and process level
Preparing and supporting external audits
Reviewing quality requirements of suppliers and other partners
Ensuring compliance with quality/safety regulations and safety standards

Your Advantages

Higher education in a relevant field such as engineering, business administration, or quality assurance
Knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methods
Experience from a technical profession is an advantage
Knowledge of common quality and safety standards and regulations
