These are your tasks
- You are responsible for configuration, maintenance, administration and lifecycle management of the ServiceNow platform – including customisation, automation and programming in JavaScript, CSS, HTML and JSON
- You drive the further development of the platform and its modules – focusing on incident, problem, change management, CMDB and AI functionality
- You connect ICT infrastructure and business requirements, lead complex projects and support users through training, reporting and documentation
This is what you bring
- A completed IT apprenticeship or degree (EFZ/HF/FH) as well as several years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer; certifications (CSA, CAD) are an advantage
- Sound knowledge in administration, configuration and platform operation – including workflows, Flow Designer, role concepts and ITSM modules
- Good programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and API interfaces; experience in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus
- An analytical, customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for process optimisation as well as good German and English skills
