For our location in Zug, we are looking for a
Site Manager (m/f, 80 - 100% workload)
Your main tasks:
- Responsibility for the organizational, personnel, and pedagogical management of the daycare
- Creation of deployment planning, duty rosters, and vacation planning
- Participation in quality development and implementation of the pedagogical concept
- Support in carrying out the daily routine (planning, deployments in care, activities, events, etc.)
- Contact person for parents, team, and external parties
- Close cooperation with management
- Responsibility for team leadership, meetings, and employee discussions
- Ensuring smooth operational processes
- Administrative tasks (documentation, controlling, processes, contracts)
- Personnel controlling
- Recruitment of new employees and onboarding according to internal process
- Support and coaching of trainers in the team
- Ensuring operational safety and economic efficiency of the operation
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty
- Creating attendance planning for children and ensuring compliance with cantonal guidelines
- Integration into the local environment, establishing partnerships, ensuring visibility
- Implementation and further development of all existing concepts
Your profile:
- Federal certificate of competence as a childcare/education specialist (e.g., FaBeK or early childhood education) or an equivalent qualification as well as completed additional training for daycare management (MMI, BKE or equivalent qualification)
- Solid experience in a comparable operation & position
- Independent, efficient, and organized working style
- Team-oriented, committed, willing to perform, flexible, and resilient personality
- Punctuality and reliability
- Joy and enthusiasm for working with and around children
- PC skills & various tools are an advantage
- English skills are an advantage
