Mandatory criteria
•Diploma of nurse in general care recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
Type of position

•Provide appropriate and personalized care to residents regardless of their life project, physical state, and mental state
•Ensure the overall vision of continuity of care for each resident
•Use available tools to ensure the necessary transmissions and information for the smooth running of the work
•Supervise the work of nursing assistants and coordinate the multidisciplinary team of caregivers, ASE, interns, apprentices, civil servants
•Participate in the welcome, supervision, and integration of interns and new collaborators
•Ensure the ordering of materials and medications
•Stay informed about the evolution of care techniques through continuing education
•Be a guarantor of the image of the EMS
Desired profile

•Diploma of nurse in general care recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
•CAS of trainer practitioner: an asset
•Experience in EMS: an asset
•HPCI responder training: an asset
•Perfect command of spoken, written, and read French
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack
•Knowledge of Sadies DIR software: an asset
•Have an interest in the elderly and good relational skills
•Demonstrate leadership
•Adhere to participatory management in a collegial and interdisciplinary manner
•Demonstrate patience, tolerance, flexibility, and adaptability
