Nurse for the evening team, part-time 10-50%

Tasks

• You ensure high-quality care and support of clients in their homes during the evening hours
• You carry out nursing documentation in Perigon and hand over important information to the day team
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 10 and 50%
• Your working hours are from 17:00 to 22:00

Requirements

• You have professional training as a nurse
• If you completed your training abroad, you are in possession of an SRK recognition or in the process of obtaining it
• Furthermore, you hold a category B driving licence and have your own vehicle
• Do you consider yourself well organised, empathetic, and open to all people?
