Your Area of Responsibility
- Link between internal customers and 2nd & 3rd level support
- Ensuring communication between administrative/clinical areas, users, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Independent provision of onsite IT support.
- Solving simple network problems and performing hardware replacements.
- Participation in IT implementation and migration projects in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training and solid IT knowledge, especially of Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Proven experience in onsite IT support.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of IT support processes and ticketing tools, ideally holding an ITIL certificate.
- Capable of working in a highly dynamic environment and remaining calm and solution-oriented even in hectic moments.
- Energetic, innovative, and self-motivated team player with a pronounced can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Native German speaker, excellent French and good English; Italian is a plus.
