Job Description

• You manage a team of five to six employees.
• A smooth logistics operation, product safety and traceability are your responsibility.
• You control and optimise logistics processes as well as the warehouse for packaging and auxiliary materials.
• You plan workflows in a structured manner and analyse key figures.
• You actively use the ERP system to improve processes.
• In the absence of the Head of Packaging, you act as their deputy.

We expect

• Training in logistics, for example Logistics Specialist EFZ or equivalent.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Experience in food production is an advantage.
• Independent and responsible working style.
• You speak good French and can communicate in German.
