• Responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality

• Coordination and leadership of all internal and external project participants

• Ensuring the highest quality and aesthetic standards

• Monitoring of construction processes

• Early identification and proactive resolution of challenges

• Close collaboration with planning teams, authorities and clients

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic training in drafting

• Further training as a site manager or architect

• Solid professional experience in site management

• Responsible and solution-oriented approach

• High quality standards

• Structured, independent and team-oriented working style

• Confident manner and good communication skills
