About the job
- You support the Administration and Processes management in the collection, modeling, documentation, and optimization of processes.
- You actively participate in projects and help shape their further development.
- You create analyses, presentations, reports, statistics, and project documents for the Wil Directorate.
- You also support the assistant pool team of the Wil Directorate in various administrative matters.
- Good IT skills.
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
- Your interests lie in the areas of leadership and organizational development as well as process management.
- You are currently studying or about to start and ideally already have commercial experience.
- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is an advantage.
- You work independently, responsibly, structured, precisely, and solution-oriented.

- The internship lasts 6-12 months.
