tasks

• you care for and support the residents in everyday and demanding situations (day or late shift possible, depending on preference)
• in your work, you also take into account the biographies of the residents and respond to their needs
• depending on interest, you take on the role of trainer and may also be willing to accept special tasks
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 40 and 80%

requirements

• you have training as a healthcare specialist
• for foreign diplomas, an SRK recognition is necessary
• knowledge of RAI NH and EPDOK is an advantage but not a requirement
• do you also value trust, respect and humour?
