About the job
What you can achieve
- Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel and strategic management of the department including ensuring a stable 24/7 operation
- Leadership and development of the currently three group leaders as well as building a high-performance team and leadership culture
- Responsibility for efficient personnel deployment planning, target achievement, talent development and succession planning
- Ensuring and continuously optimising legally compliant, economical end-to-end processes in the admission and cost assurance area
- Leading and participating in cross-departmental projects as well as actively shaping digitalisation and automation initiatives
What you bring with you
- Commercial or health economics training or comparable basic training as well as further training at FH/HF level and leadership training
- Several years of professional and proven leadership experience in a complex service or hospital environment are required; project and/or transformation experience is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills as well as good spoken French skills are required; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in the use of MS Office programmes; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Service-oriented personality with negotiation skills and high communication competence
