About the job
At the beginning of the 2026/27 school year, we are looking for a
A motivated and very experienced team is excited to meet you. Daily new tasks, sometimes spontaneous, sometimes planned, often also "out of the blue" await you. We expect a workload of 80 to 100%, details can still be discussed.
Bad Sonder is a special school home in St. Gallen with 50 to 60 children and adolescents, most of whom attend secondary school. If you are ready to work with a lot of personal commitment and a salary common in the canton, we guarantee that you will not work alone in an anonymous team.
If heterogeneity in teaching is part of your everyday life, this is the ideal prerequisite with us. You will learn new ways of solving problems in your daily work and implement your own ideas. You will meet exciting young people who sometimes have "no clue" and "no motivation," while others are repeatedly surprisingly motivated. Fortunately, a classroom assistant (100%) is available to you during lessons.
For the diverse and exciting tasks with us, we are looking for a new colleague with a level diploma (Cycle 3) and/or SHP training.
