The Business Unit Robotics develops, produces and markets pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical, food industry, and cell or DNA research sectors.

What you can achieve:

• Prepare, start and supervise automated continuous test runs on pipetting robots
• Document test results and experiment progress
• Record, describe and track malfunctions and software bugs in the appropriate tools
• Order consumables and laboratory materials
• During the internship, there is the possibility to carry out a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in cooperation with Hamilton.

What you bring with you:

Your profile

• Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (from the third semester) at a university of applied sciences or university in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering / Systems Engineering / Mechatronics / Medical Technology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or a comparable technical or scientific course of study
• Interest in robotics, laboratory automation and technical systems
• Ability to perform tasks independently and conscientiously
• Good German or English skills, spoken and written
• Hands-on mentality
• Willingness to learn
