Position Summary

Working hours: 11:40 to 20:50 and 17:00 to 02:10 | Work schedule 6x2
A day in the life of...
Operate equipment according to its function or work in positions of similar complexity and follow all instructions. Meet the production and manufacturing programme of products with quality, safety and respecting process parameters. Solve routine problems and/or improvements, share knowledge, understand and propose actions for indicators such as corrective and preventive actions and activate the help chain, identify abnormalities and solve minor repairs, perform product/format changes, cleaning, inspections and lubrications ensuring product quality, employee safety and sustainability.
01. Production, maintenance and planned activities:
Operate equipment to deliver the production plan and make necessary parameter adjustments for the correct functioning of the equipment.
Carry out planned activities related to the daily plan (inspection standard, lubrication, product and format changes, minor repairs) to prevent failures and rework.
02. Safety, Quality and Sustainability Practices:
Follow Safety and Health instructions and participate in prevention programmes to improve accident prevention culture;
Follow Food Quality and Safety instructions by performing sampling, testing and process and product controls to prevent dissatisfaction and/or internal and external losses;
Follow Sustainability instructions to avoid environmental impacts.
03. Performance:
Participate in initiatives to reduce costs and improve performance to increase the company’s competitiveness;
Apply analysis tools, problem solving, development and continuous improvement of processes, people and products so that people have autonomy in the operation of the process and product manufacturing;
Record and analyse production data to control and contribute to performance projects and productivity indicators;
04. Projects:
Execute test orders and production plans for industrial tests to contribute to the feasibility analysis of Innovation and Renovation projects.
Participate in training and contribute to the definition of standards for new projects aiming at the vertical start-up of the production line.
What will make you successful?
Education: Completed Secondary Education;
Previous experience in manufacturing areas is desired.
