Your Tasks
- Patient-oriented admission and initial assessment of paediatric emergency patients according to the Manchester Triage System (MTS)
- Professional initial care and qualified treatment of patients in the paediatric emergency department (ZNA)
- Deployment in the shock room as well as care of injured children and adolescents (including polytrauma)
- Assistance and participation in diagnostic and therapeutic measures in acute care
- Empathetic support and advice for parents and relatives in acute exceptional situations
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with all involved specialist departments (e.g. paediatrics, radiology, anaesthesia)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and paediatric nurse, nurse specialist or health and general nurse with a focus on paediatrics
- Commitment, sense of responsibility and independent working style in clinical everyday life
- Initial experience in emergency department (ZNA), paediatrics or acute care advantageous
- Strong communication skills and team spirit in the multiprofessional team
- Willingness to cooperate and interdisciplinary thinking in collaboration with various specialist departments
