Team Leader Accounts Payable (m/f/d)

Your new tasks

In this role, you will take on the following exciting tasks in accounts payable:

  • Personnel and professional leadership of the team of 3-4 employees including supervision and training of a commercial apprentice

  • Ensuring the correct processing of all procedures according to the posting instructions and guidelines

  • Contact person for departments and suppliers as well as liaison for external service providers

  • Independent management of accounts receivable and accounts payable


  • Active participation in the further development of IT applications and processes


What you bring with you

  • Commercial basic training and completed further education in accounting administration

  • Leadership experience

  • Communication and organisational skills

  • Digital affinity and good IT skills, SAP knowledge is an advantage

  • Independent, structured and reliable working style

  • Several years of professional experience in accounting

  • You have a very good command of the German language, both spoken and written


  • Additional language skills (English / French) are an advantage
