For our organic-certified nursery, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for you as an ornamental plant gardener with agogic flair (50%)

Do you have experience in accompanying and caring for people with disabilities, do you love nature and working in a team? As a committed and open personality, you support a team of nine specialists, 16 workshop participants, and 7 day care participants in plant production. You know how to flexibly and creatively adapt work to the needs of people with disabilities and you understand perfectly how to guide, support, and motivate them. Through your work, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that the residents we care for can participate in life in all its facets and that we can offer all the people in and around Wagerenhof healthy regional organic products.
