Our customer consultants are the first point of contact for our insured clients: they know every detail of our innovative products, explain the benefits clearly, and find the best solution for every request. Are you passionate about helping customers, explaining the world of health insurance, and winning them over with your knowledge?

• You provide advice to insured clients, identify gaps, and assist them in inbound and outbound processes to obtain optimal coverage, both by phone and in writing.
• With the commitment you bring every day, you contribute to the complete satisfaction of our customers.
• With your enthusiasm, you convey interest in our products to new customers.
• Complex requests? You obtain the right information from our specialised departments.
• Thanks to your sales talent, you are able to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

• Basic training completed with initial work experience in the health insurance sector or in a contact centre
• Interest in sales – ideally also experience in this field
• Training as an AFA insurance intermediary or willingness to undertake it as soon as possible
• A strong customer and service orientation
• Perfect written and spoken knowledge of Italian – any other language is a great advantage

• 40-hour work week and flexible working hours
• Possibility to work from home
• 2-5 days of holiday, 30 days from the age of 50
• Paid public holidays on 24 and 31 December
• Paid 15-minute breaks both in the morning and afternoon
