The Real Estate Department includes Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Maintenance of Construction + Technology, Mobility Management, Personal and Building Security, Organization of Lectures, Exams, and Events. The main tasks consist of providing functional teaching and office spaces including furniture and equipment in all HSG properties. The needs of teaching, research, services, and event organizers must be reflected in this.
Your tasks
- Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the campus properties as well as carrying out minor maintenance and repair work
- Supervision and coordination of third-party companies in maintenance
- Collaboration in the operation, maintenance, and servicing of technical and safety systems
- Support in warehouse management, internal relocations, projects, and events
- Deployment in the emergency team (first intervention)
Your profile
- Professional experience in construction trades and/or HVAC
- Specialized knowledge as a maintenance specialist
- Solid MS Office user skills; experience with HVAC building management systems
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driver's license category B available
