Social Pedagogy or Care Specialist for a Children's Residential Group 60-100%
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- you take responsibility for the care and support process of 6 children and young people
- you take responsibility in collaboration with parents and relatives
- you focus your work on needs- and resource-oriented care and support
- you ensure a structured and normality-oriented daily and leisure routine
- you plan support measures and carry them out independently
- at weekends and during school holidays you organise leisure activities for the residents
- you contribute your ideas, views and attitude in team meetings
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- completed training as a social pedagogue HF/FH, care specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience as well as joy and competence in supporting children with increased support needs
- knowledge and experience in dealing with people with challenging behaviour
- a warm, open and professional basic attitude
- you are empathetic, resilient, independent and responsible
- you work goal- and solution-oriented
