Nursing Specialist in Night Shift 40 - 80 %
For our dementia wards, we are looking for a resident-oriented personality with heart and sensitivity, who is committed to responding to individual needs, starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You take on the empathetic care and professional nursing of our residents with dementia and accompany them attentively through the night – flexible and oriented to their individual life rhythms, whether night owl or early riser.
- With your expertise, you create orientation, trust, and a sense of security in daily care.
- You ensure a calm, protected atmosphere during the night and provide stability and support when needed.
- With your ideas, you actively shape our care quality and bring fresh impulses to our further development.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a health specialist, FA SRK, or certified nurse (DN I / HF) or an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland.
- You bring professional experience in long-term care / gerontopsychiatry and enjoy working with elderly people.
- You are ideally confident in handling the nursing documentation ePDoc.
- You are a team-oriented personality with a high sense of responsibility.
- You are proficient with IT systems and have good oral and written German skills.
